On the video taken by one of many witnesses, it is clearly visible that the man was extremely frightened, and not aggressive. But the woman in police uniform still looked like she couldn’t wait to put her gadget into use.

The Police also committed two main crimes when arresting the man:
> The Man had his hands above his head, but they still shot him.
> They didn't state why he was being arrested.

She brings a bad name to D.C. Cops. Cops here are great, but she isn't.

I'd fire them all. Disrespectful cops need to learn a lesson. We don't need people like them in the force, they are weak and cold hearted.

Watching this makes me angry.

are we watching the same video? i'll admit the taser use was ill-advised, but he was clearly resisting. he was not completely innocent, you can tell he was hiding something. but yeah taser was not necessary, i think they could handle him without it..

He had been linked to tearing down police posters, but there was no evidence of this, meaning the force used was unnecessary. He had his hands above his head, so none of this should of happened.

i would go in peacefully. if he truly was innocent then why didnt he just go into the station and get it sorted out?
