Well an Armored Mercedes Benz S65 AMG is probably one of the safest and most reliable cars you can get. But that'll cost $250,000.

I can't help if I don't know your price range.

I'd go with a 2003 Lexus IS300 or an Infiniti equivalent if your price range is around 7k. But in the end it really depends on what you want and if you can afford it. Personally if you had the money I'd go with a Mercedes.

I suggested the Lexus IS300, it's really a Toyota, so it'll be reliable as anything. Infinitis are pretty reliable, but it could be hit or miss. A 10 old Mercedes will be in the shop... a lot.
