if football players make so much why do they care about a 80k bonus by winning the super.
even peyton is supposed to get a 28m bonus if he returns.
With your reasoning, peyton manning makes 28,000,000 dollars, which for that I use... (2.8x10^7) Manning's pay will be represented my P in the below equation.
Now lets pretend he won a Super Bowl. He would make a bonus of 80,000 dollars, which for that I use... (8.0x10^4) His bonus will be represented by B in the bellow equation.
This equation I just made up finds the ratio of his salary the bonus represents. His ratio of pay to bonus will be represented by R for ratio.
Now our formula will be...
P / B = R/1
Inserting in numbers we get...
2.8x10^7 / 8.0 x10^4 = 350/1 excact. That means for every $350 dollars he makes off of an entire season, he gets $1 from this ONE game.
Now lets put that into a real world application. Now if you were making $35,000 a year, a decent amount for the demographics of people on NGU (assuming I have an 18 - 25 audience) $35,000 / $350 = $100.
That means saying No to this bonus is like saying no to $100. Now think about it, would you still turn it down?
