use .wmv, render at 100%, add a sharpness and darken filter, render at 640x480.

no dont render in 640x480 render in 480x362 thats the youtube video dimensions (im just guessing this part) click file>new in pinnacle studio and you will be able to choose all ur stuff then just i think u can render from file>render but idk never used the program
