I'd go to the 3 main hospitals where i live and give them 100k each so i would have 700k left after that and that would take me around 1hour.

With 60 minutes to spare i would go buy a house ( a decent size one for 600k) which would take like 30 mins and then with the other 100k i'd go buy a nice car for 100k Happy Days!
