Twelve of New Jersey's rising underground hip-hop talents filled The Wave Boutique in Long Branch, NJ in a gathering for the 2012 Garden State Hip-Hop Cypher. The cypher was created to give NJ's premiere underground hip-hop artists an opportunity to showcase their talents to hip-hop lovers worldwide and expose some of the hidden gems we have in our cities.
