The first one I met happened, while my friend and I were at CyberWorld. All of a sudden the guy next to us stood up talking about how aliens were trying to get into our brains and turn us into women. He was also acting real odd like covering his head. At first I thought he might have been trolling us, but then I saw his computer screen. He had a microsoft document open lettered to congress signed "this is life as we know it".
Second is much shorter, we were walking to grab a bite by In-N-Out when this shady younger(mid 20's) couple asked if we wanted some "local grass/glass". Obviously we declined, but it still was really odd. Odder was the fact they walked up to us, we do not look like that type at all.

Both of the people you described sound like they are drugged out, a crazy hippy(aliens guy) and a desperate drug dealer(lady). Also I couldn't resist after reading the first part of your post.

Me and my friend where the last people at our school one day and a guy with a dog came up to us and started to discuss how bill clinton has a girlfriend and we should vote for him which is funny cause im not American im Irish lol...We didn't really want to disagree cause someone who says things like that, dont give a single fuc*
