(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I have to write a essay on this question:

"Your office has emailed you a service request from one of your regular customers. The office has included all of the information it had recieved from the homeowner and it seems they recently planted new shrubs in their yard. Two days later their notices a malfunctioning in her exterior 6 foot post light in her yard. You go with your journey-person (E2) to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. As part of your training, the E2 says that you should be able to find the problem in five steps or less. The light is controlled by a single pole switch in the house. The switch circuit was run underground in PVC to the light."

1) Starting from easiest to hardest, what will you do to find the problem?

2) Explained why you selected the method you used.

3) Explain in order how you diognosed the problem.

I am a new student at a technical high school and I am required to do this. Its due tomarrow and I really need help. On top of this I also need to do the DWTA (District Wide Test Assessment) tomarrow and the CAPT (Connecticut Academic Performance Test) next week and Im going through alot of stress because they wont let me focus on one thing at a time. Please Help! Thanks

Do something to check if the post still has any power at all, check that all the fixtures (bulb) are attached correctly, then assume that the power source/connection was damaged by the shrubs.Check to see that the power source is connected within the house, otherwise the pvc pipe may be dislodged.

Best I could come up with :(
