(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); For the last few days I have been sorta on the down side of things, no real reason as to why.

Any ideas on how to cheer myself up? :/

Yea, I just downloaded a new set of music, changing that up. I'm starting to think that it is just the subconscious is seeping through and bottled up crap may be getting out.

Kinda sucks, for the last couple of days now, I have been going to school and then just sitting there, not talking and just staring. I haven't been responding to anyone, no urge to do so. :/

what i do, is just take a timeout, and think long and hard, about a myriad of things. sometimes getting your thoughts in order helps. the other thing i do is meditate. nature sounds and gregorian chant are very relaxing to me, and help clear my head of clutter and stress.

I read ahead btw, whenever I think about death just think about the fact you are lucky enough to even experience life. many will never experience what it is like to live. Dawkins has a fantastic quote:

We are going to die, and that makes us the lucky ones. Most people are never going to die because they are never going to be born. The potential people who could have been here in my place but who will in fact never see the light of day outnumber the sand grains of Sahara. Certainly those unborn ghosts include greater poets than Keats, scientists greater than Newton. We know this because the set of possible people allowed by our DNA so massively outnumbers the set of actual people. In the teeth of these stupefying odds it is you and I, in our ordinariness, that are here.

If I had the ability to rep, I would. Fascinating quote.

Feeling better now, just woke up and forgot all about everything and then just went on with my day. Happy

That quote always helps me when I think about death.
