Last year I did, Went from 270 to 260 but lost a ton more of fat, went from lifting 125 to 160 and squatting 270 to 315 in about a month and a half.. Burned more off running but this was during Football season. Afterwards, I stopped and let myself go. :/

i was about to start this month but then i got diagnosed with a hernia so cant do anything physical activity as im not meant to strain :/ so i have to wait about 4-6 months now to start :(

I'm trying to get to the 270 range, but I want to be less than 15% fat. I only bench 135, but I just started.

Pretty much every day before work. Since everyone's talking about benching, my max is at 405. I can do 315 10 times.

26, 225 @ 7% fat, 6'0".

I do regular exercises (push ups, sit ups, running and squats) this spring/summer I will probably sign up for a gym with some friends. Smile

I used to, but I broke my arm while snowboarding so its kinda on hold for now.

I just started this January. Started out benching 5 on each side and now im at 35 and still climbing(but bit more slowly now) Upside Down Happy My friend got me into the gym and shows me all the proper ways so i dont kill myself. Its also nice to go with a friend to push your self i mean he might be able to lift more than me but when it comes to abs and running i can do alot more than he can. I go to the gym everyday after school at Work out world. Im 5'8" and 132 hoping to get nice and big for lacrosse only thing thats been on my mind lately. Happy lifting everyone!
