I will be using dropbox is the host for all the downloads.
I am currently able to get a full 16GB free when people sign up and install dropbox with this link here: You must login or register to view this content.
(You must first sign up with it and then download the dropbox to your computer and sign into it in order for it to work)
Now this is all for the benefit of NextGenUpdate and the faster the amount of people signing up with that link and installing the faster the downloads feature will be on it's way to being released.
I am about 90% done with the feature so you guys can expect it to be released soon once I we get the fill 16GB and that will include more information regarding how it will be used etc..
Anyways appreciate the help! Thanks

Just reserved the name "Nextgenupdate" on that site.

If Reaper or another Admin wants it, they can at least know the site name for something like that is reserved.

i already had a "nextgenupdate" group, had over 6TB of movies/tv shows/games/programs +
though petandrive isn't that reliable - its down for me now and often get slow download speeds (under 1mb/s when i should get 5)
cant fault dropbox, and i read somewhere there will be a dropbox app for ps3 - good for gamesaves etc...
16gb will soon fill though
