Now this thread is a poll to see what reputation system YOU prefer, the current, the one we have now, etc. etc.
Please keep in mind that this is just a general consensus to see what you all prefer, and if one 'wins' the poll, that doesn't mean that system is being enacted. We're just looking for opinions.
Personally, I believe the best reputation system to be the one that was here when I joined - Not regulated at all. No +/- cap truly let members get what they deserve out of their hard work or bad posts. The more effort you put into things, the more effort you'd get out of them. It promoted activity in my eyes, and that is how I would want it to be now. Rep boosters or people who exploit and abuse it would have a more harsh punishment.

That's what it comes down to. It's a motivator, and nobody can deny that. I'd much rather have to listen to people complain on the old rep system, than have this one and no complaints.

Lol rep encourages people to contribute for the community, if people get negged then they will try their best to gain that rep back, forcing them to contribute to gain back, so bringing it back wouldn't be a bad idea, just trying to avoid what happened last time.

Cmon Ownage, you know people here throw their e-dicks around here for no reason and if you're having that kind of attitude the system wont work at all and should stay how it is.
It would good to see the old system back, it was removed when I started to be active (I finally accepted that there was no 3.55+CFW so I may post other shit). Things would have to change though, I do think there should be mods that deal with reputation issues as there is inevitably going to be issues.

It's pretty much a given that no matter what type of rep system we're on, there will never be any sort of 'Reputation Mod'. Our moderators now are perfectly capable and willing to handle any issues there would be.
