Ill be pirating it, then getting it for the multiplayer. Followed by a swift case of I cba with getting rpg spammed.

It looks way better than GTA IV which didn't really have much fun stuff like San Andreas did. According to many and the trailer they released it is being set in San Andreas so I have a feeling it will be a very good game, so yes I will be buying it.
