(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My football team just had testing today and I wanted to see what you guys thought. If anybody else had these tests you should put what you got here too. I started the summer at 187 pounds with a 16" vertical and I could only bench 85 pounds, and couldn't do anything above 90. And I could only run like a 5.7 40 yard dash. Now I'm up to 6'5 and down to 164 pounds after this summer already, and I went up to a 23 1/2" vertical, 145 pounds for squat, 110 for power clean, and 135 for bench press. We also ran timed 40 yard dashes to see where we are at, and I got a 4.7 second 40 yard dash time. So what do you guys think about what I got?

4.7? Big improvement. I worked on my 40 for a long time and never got below a 4.8. Football is definatley a good sport to play, keep it up. It separates the men from the boys.

What position/year are you? I did safety my freshman year and moved to corner my past three years. I was like you and could only get 90lbs freshman year and now I can bench twice as much.

I play DE and on Offense I'm not really sure yet since they keep switching me between tight end and offensive line. I'm going to be a junior though so it is pretty bad compared to where I should be. For lifting I mean.
