Try taking Psych in high school and go from there man.

I Am 16 but already got my Diploma. I Am hoping to start college in june for summer courses.but the thing is the anxiety..

If you have problems with anxiety go to a doctor and he'll probably give you some pills to help with it.

Are you asking for advice with your own anxiety or anxiety itself since you're aspiring to study psychology?

I'd love to answer this question...if i could understand it.

Basically asking how to deal with anxiety without meds, cuz my psychiatrist refuses me to put me on meds

See your family doctor and ask about Zoloft, or Paxil. I take Zoloft myself for anxiety, and it helps tremendously. I'm not sure what your day-to-day life is like, but I can tell you that staying productive (working, going to school, etc.) will do a lot for you by simply taking your mind off of it. If anxiety is controlling your life at this point, your psychiatrist should definitely understand your problem. Hope you get it all sorted out.

It nevers hurts to get a second opinion. Try another doctor/psychiatrist and explain your problem.

There are ways to overcome anxiety, I know a few people who go through it every day, but they are coping well. If they can do it, so can you man
