Post: How to stay awake for 25 hours + cycle 5 miles?

Basically, my body clock is messed up. I missed school yesterday because I slept right through the day. I woke up at 2pm today and now it's 2:40am, i've been up for 12 hours. I need to last until 4pm which is in 13 hours, so 25 hours in total.

Not only that, i've got to do my daily commute at 7:30 to be in school for around 8:30, it's five miles and I'm going to try and average 8 miles per hour. The ground is mostly off road and there's quite a few hills.

Anyway, how am I possibly going to stay awake? There's always a time where I just think 'What's the point? I may aswell sleep.' and then I end up missing school again. I need to stay awake, how?

I hate coffee
It's 2:30am so I can't exactly go out and buy things

I hate energy drink + they have a small high and then a huge down so I'd only feel worse.

5 hour energy doesn't make you crash and I can say that from personal experince not just the commercials but there is no need to drink five one maybe two max.

How long of a no sleep period were you on??

Just wondering, because I work 3rd shift and sometimes I stay up 24-38 hours. Well one day I got home from work and my mother asked if I would run some errands with her. She gave me a 5 hour energy but it didn't last but an hour for me... I have tried it with regular sleep and it works for me.


I suppose I could have a high caffeine tolerance and that one time was a placebo effect. Though JOLT kind of works for me ...

Don't rest. You need to keep active, even if that means running round your house. You relax, you feel sleepy. You keep active, your body doesn't have time to relax. Just keep busy, but by busy I don't mean playing games or surfing the internet, by busy I mean doing something physical. You'll be fine when you start your bike ride to school, but it's at school when you'll start to feel tired unless you can keep your brain active.

You can't stay awake for 25 hours ! you will fall asleep automatically so best solution is to go sleep and set up an alarm at what time you wanna wake up ** I highly recommend is the alarm should Rock Songs ** then the next day go sleep early so sleep system will be fixed , I always do the same when I stay awake till 3 am .
