It is theoretically impossible at this point of time or back then to make a prediction like that. No one ever asks themselves, what if they just ran out of room? They could have ran out of room, gave up, or even died out.

Two Thousand and Twelve can easily be disproved with rational thought, freethinking and science. Two Thousand and Twelve was and still is a great monetizing scheme. The entire predicament has lost monotony. Rarely ever do I see people chit-chat about it nowadays. Day one to day twenty of December will be a huge traffic boost for the Internet though.

The world WILL NOT END. lol I blame Hollywood and people misreading what the Mayans wrote. The Mayans simply said 2012 will be an end of an ERA, the end of the world AS WE KNOW IT. Westerners took this info and started this "everybody will die" theory, then Hollywood created that hilarious movie where the world ended lol. On Dec 22,2012 everybody will wake up and maybe go Christmas shopping. lol
