i prefer ios havent really used an android tablet, but if it like the phones the android will have more free stuff but be a bit more complicated to use and the ios will be alot simpler but have less free apps...etc
Well I have an iPod Touch and an Android phone. I think iOS is better. It's just simple and easy, and that's what I like about Apple Products. I'd like an iPhone, but I'm not paying £400 for a phone that will be outdated in about a year.
With iOS, apps and games are made for iOS, and because only apple products use iOS everything works properly because devs only have to make it work for 1 product with the same specs as each other, almost.
With Android, some games and apps don't work on some phones. Because Android covers a ton of phones, each with different specs, some game work better on some phones and not others. It's cool if you can afford a £300 phone, but the phones that run Android at like £100 don't have as good specs to run games/apps on. Plus the market is complicated to use and get used to compared to the App store. That's set out into groups, with Android market it can be confusing what you're looking at, especially if you haven't used to for a while like me and it ends up changing.
The way the iTouch/iPhones/iPads work are just so easy and easy to get the hang of. Android, not so much.

Well I can put it in a simple form.
If you want simplicity and easy-to-use stuff, go for IOS.
If you want complexity and more customization go for Android.
My personal opinion will be Android, it's just my opinion.

What one would be best for apps, games and internet browsing? (I know about flash on ipad but there's away around it)

Hmm, honestly I would think Android. If has more free games and it has "applanet" which is a app that gets you all paid games for free.
The android store got transferred onto the "Google" store. But um, yeah.
For internet browsing, I have to say it's a stalemate. I'm pretty
sure that IOS and Android has the same Internet Browsing if you fix the Flash thing.
