Are there any specific advantages/disadvantages to buying the cd version vs. the online version? (US)
In your opinion does the purchase of this system seem worth it?

I don't think there is a difference between the online and CD version, although I would find it easier buying it online
Is it worth it? It depends on the user. I bought and have only used it once or twice, mostly because I don't have many PS3 games, most of them are multiplayer and I don't have any intentions of doing the campaign. While on the other hand, you could be someone who play a lot of singleplayer games or a 'trophy whore' It just depends whether you think you are going to use it a lot because you like trophys, or you just want it for one game.
