Post: My Best Buy Beats Exchange

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So my Beats by Dre had a problem two days after I bought them and so I walked to my Best Buy to exchange them for a new pair and it came my turn to talk to the customer service lady. I told her what I wanted and I gave her my beats in the box. I don't know if she was in a rush or what but she opened the box forcefully and just ripped the ziplock bag the beats came in. She pulled out the beats and just started bending it like a mo'fo. I think her bluetooth was too loud because all you could hear were the headband cracking. Anyways I got a new pair and all. I think she may have been checking if I like brought back broken ones or something but I don't know. If anyone here works at a retailer I would like to know if this is normal.

Even if people don't work retail a common sensed person would know not to rip open the product and bend it like a "mo'fo" lol

Did she seem angry/un-friendly or unaproachable? She was probably having a bad day if so.

By the way, I don't work in retail but one would assume that is not normal behaviour. If she likes her job, she better stop bending customer property :lol:
