(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay.. I honestly give up now.. Its been 5 weeks since ive not had my minecraft status updated. And ill tell you the whole story.

About 7 weeks ago, i bought minecraft, everything worked and i quickly joined a few mates on their server, we had a blast, and i built a tower, that looked like a penis. Which wasnt very funny, because in a newbie :3

So 2 weeks later, i wake up to find that i cant login to minecraft, I send a support ticket.. No reply, So i leave it, And think the servers are down. While browsing the internet i find a very cool darthvader skin, I go to change my skin, and it says "You must buy the game"

Now, at this time i think ive been hacked.. I mean i did buy the game... So i send a support ticket again.. No reply..

I have sent away 2 support tickets each week so im not spamming them, But they are still not replying..

What the hell do i do? I understand mojang is small. So i ran a test..

From a different IP address i sent an email stating that my minecraft wasnt allowing me to login, I got a reply back instant....

So i sent another one, saying that it told me to buy minecraft again... No reply..

Its been 5 weeks since mojang have, basically commited fraud... Or theft... They gave me minecraft for 2 weeks, then fucked me over... And this isnt a joke.. Ive got my transaction numbers and everything....

What do i do?

Also anyone that helps me in the resort of my minecraft account getting back will get 94k Vbux, if its worth anything...

Just trying to help and I read through your thread twice and it doesn't mention that you've read the thing I sent you. It just says that you've sent in tickets. Sorry :/ Anyway, I've found mojang to be very unhelpful. My email got hacked and I don't have access to it and they refuse to change it even though I can send them payment receipts and the current details to my minecraft account.

Tweet notch: You must login or register to view this content. then Open multiple support tickets, if nothing, you should threat to sue, if i understand correctly, you lost premium on minecraft? if your 18+ Open a law suit if they deny after threatning them and become a Millionair :P if not and your account was hacked, Try these passwords: Password, Hackforums, NGU123, abc123 , minecraft, These are most common ones "Hackers" use.

I was actually thinking about getting the law involved.. Ive been to a lawyer already, they said ive got a case, and if i want to go ahead i can... Ive did everything by the book till now.. its getting beyond a joke, and we cant even get our payment back. Mojang are not refunding us, we contacted our debit card customer service and they wont refund us. Mojang refuse... Becaues it states no refunds.

Yeah, but thats called stealing back goods... over the internet, its like selling 4Grams of gold then taking it back and not refunding it... you could sue for over 1million you will be rich...

Well, with this I CAN confirm your account is not Premium in any way.

You must login or register to view this content.

I suggest that you:

1. Open a PayPal Dispute

or;

2. E-mail them one last time letting them know that your account is no longer Premium. Also include the transaction ID so you have legitimate proof that you purchased an account with them.

1. Cannot dispute the payment as it was paid with a debit card.

2. Emailed them today.. still no email back.
