(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay.. I honestly give up now.. Its been 5 weeks since ive not had my minecraft status updated. And ill tell you the whole story.

About 7 weeks ago, i bought minecraft, everything worked and i quickly joined a few mates on their server, we had a blast, and i built a tower, that looked like a penis. Which wasnt very funny, because in a newbie :3

So 2 weeks later, i wake up to find that i cant login to minecraft, I send a support ticket.. No reply, So i leave it, And think the servers are down. While browsing the internet i find a very cool darthvader skin, I go to change my skin, and it says "You must buy the game"

Now, at this time i think ive been hacked.. I mean i did buy the game... So i send a support ticket again.. No reply..

I have sent away 2 support tickets each week so im not spamming them, But they are still not replying..

What the hell do i do? I understand mojang is small. So i ran a test..

From a different IP address i sent an email stating that my minecraft wasnt allowing me to login, I got a reply back instant....

So i sent another one, saying that it told me to buy minecraft again... No reply..

Its been 5 weeks since mojang have, basically commited fraud... Or theft... They gave me minecraft for 2 weeks, then fucked me over... And this isnt a joke.. Ive got my transaction numbers and everything....

What do i do?

I don't think you should start a case over 30$. You have a small lawyer, they are a big company and have way better lawyers than whatever you will find around your town. Best thing to do is dispute the payment with your bank. They will most likely get your money back since Mojang has to reply to a bank.

in my opinion if you are really certain you want to take it further, the only option is to take it to the law! :p
have you threatened to sue them? as it would be a massive ballache to their business if they got a lawsuit over one customer so if you make the threat, they might sort it. (i'm not sure from your posts if you've made the threat or just e-mailed them)

Took them far to long though.
