Then about 3 months later i get really sick and the doctors think i have apendicitis and she finds out and we start talking again (But i didnt know she was dating my friend) after about 1 and a half months we stop talking again but at the end of the year she tells me that she wishes she never broke up with me and that shes sorry. well more time passes and last week was spring break for me and we used to play this game where id ask her a question and shed answer it truthfully and shed ask me a question and it would go back and forth but anyway towards the end she started asking me questions about how i felt about our old relationship and finally i asked her does she still have feelings for me and she said, " You are a nice guy" then i said, "So no?... you can be honest" then she said, " Its just really dangerous if i say yes or no well i gtg"... and we stopped talking untill about yesterday when she told me that she used to cut herself and then i tried to help her all i could and then she told her boyfriend (my friend) about it and that she told me first and he flipped out on her and she told him that she wont talk to me anymore and she told me what she said after that and i told her "This is gonna hurt like hell but a promise is a promise and since you told him that i dont think it will make it any better if we keep talking" and she said, " no i dont want to loose you as a friend" and i said "Then i just dont know what to do either way i loose a friend" and she said "I do... you talk to me".... so thats my problem i need help with this i still love her and want to talk to her but i dont want to hurt my friend... i have just no idea on what to do i feel bad for my friend but my heart wants to still talk to her....

You need to sit down with your friend and the girl and tell them. Figure it out together.
