I agree but at the same time that would start new problems, if you completely cured HIV/AIDS, Cancer etc. then people would rarely every die by them which would cause even more problems of overcrowding. I believe illnesses like cancer are natural causes and should be left at that I completely understand saving people like someone you know or even just walking in a hospital and curing everyone but curing cancer might not be the smartest thing but thats just my opinion.
I fully understand where your coming from, but even if you completely got rid of lets say Cancer that would be amazing.
People are starting to live longer too, there will be a point some day that there's too many people, that wont be in our time on this world though.

Yea, I understand and the further I looked into it only about 7 million a year die from cancer and about 55.3 million die each year so thats not even a fifth of total deaths.
