Is there an app or way to do this?

What does this have to do with the Android Tablet? You'll need the Xbox component cables and the cable Roxio provided. That is all, and the USB going into a PC.

I don't think you can because the Roxio Game Capture card has a USB that has to connect to a PC since it won't fit into an android , it will not work.

My tablet has a USB port so I can plug it in

Then if it has the real software that comes with the Roxio game capture in a app form, it should work. Why not just try it? It doesn't hurt to try.

No that won''t work since you need the record software and the drivers on your PC.
