I have this problem with my pvr gaming edition and i dont know what wrong with it. Well when im playing maybe mw2 or any game every now and again i get this pink thing at the top of my tv then the audio goes and it comes back on this only happens for 3 seconds, and then it lags on my laptop to, this also happens when not recording so its not my laptop. I dont know whats causing it.

Any suggestions would be nice thanks.

Is all the cords connected correctly and also all of your software up to date?

The fact that it happens when you're not recording eliminates the PC from the problem. I had the same problem, it was one of my component cables was loose. Check and recheck that they're all plugged in correctly.

Check the cables that go in the "input slots", because if it were the output slots i just dont think you would see anything. I never had this problem with my pvr.

Thanks alot for your help guys. i have tryed this but im going now so i'll try tomorrow. Fingers crossed it works. I took cables out and put them back in correctly and updated drivers
