I found this, don't know if its real but it looks good and unlike any other game I've seen, what do you all think?.

It looks like there testing a new driving mechanic or something with the car because it seems to be the only thing fully rendered.

That's why it's still in beta, they're testing a variety of different things out, including the grass. Winky Winky
