hi guys,
maybe i posted it on the wrong forum, but hey its worth the try!
ive been looking for a diet plan (max protein, little carbs) for about 2 weeks now..
My Spec are

:-
im unemployed so the diet has to be cheap (for now)
i have grenade thermo detonator here>>>

i have whey protein every day after a work out
i go approx 2-3 hours a day ( twice a day, each session is 1:30 long)
i wanna go for mainly the fat loss as i need to tone up
so if any of you go and have a full plan, please post here!!!
