It called Anxiety

Just relax and be you.
We all get a bit of anxiety at times.

Relax take it slow and think about what you want to say and say it. If you don't think it a problem it not going to be one.
Getting worried about it only going to make it worse

Half the battle is in your head ^^

So Helium is a drug, put enough of that in someone and they would become somewhat loopy.

Try not to worry too much about it, but if it makes you feel better go out and buy some nice clothes / shoes so you feel good about yourself : - ) .

ya that would help too, it would probably have to do with the fact that i have bad acne for the last couple years which really just brings my confidence down

I don't think that counts? And you know what I mean. And helium only would make you loopy due to lack of oxygen.

I think it might be you lack confidence. Confidence is kinda hard to gain, but once you have it you'll be set for life. Some thing to do to get your confidence up are go to the gym work out get a nice body. Talk to one new random person everyday wither its at a coffee shop or your walking down the street say hi the worse that can happen is they'll walk away or ignore you. If they do that they still dont know who you are or anything about you. Find one thing you're really good at so when conversation gets dull you'll always have a back up topic. Get hobbies become interesting. Make people wana know about you. Also dress like everyday your gonna meet the girl of your dreams. Because when you look good you feel good and thats a confidence booster by itself. It will be a bit of a task but if you want it bad enough you wont be scared of what people think of you and if you make it seem interesting no one will think badly of you!
