Russia, Poland and Czech Republic will be a tighter group than everyone thinks, there isn't 2 definite teams to go through, if the Czechs pull through against Poland, it's anyone's game.

The England match was disappointing IMO. Gerrard and Parker had a great partnership and we looked great at the back, it was a cheap + soft goal to give away, even more disappointing that Gerrard was partly blamed for the French goal, even though it isn't his job to defend, he is a midfielder, yes, and he should of closed Nasri down, but even though he was the only one there, where was Joh Terry in the first place? Its those small errors that we need to fix up on, although I do believe we should have Carroll in the next came, with Welbeck just behind, then Ox and Young on the wings with Gerrard and Parker in the centre, with the same back four, if Roy plays a team like that, we will destroy sweden Smile Need to look sharp against Sweden and we have to remain optimistic, if we can deal with ibra, we will definitely come out the victors.

Games today are interesting, I have a feeling that denmark could nick it with their strong defence, Portugal didn't look very strong against the Germans so I wouldn't bet on anything. The germany holland game is the one to look out for, everyone thinks it will be a very exciting game, but both teams are overrated IMO and some of those players aren't the goal machines we think they are, but all we have to do is wait and see =D

good luck to all the gamblers today Cool Man (aka Tustin)

I wouldn't trust Carroll even against Sweden. I read in the Sun that he had an awful training session, like the dude even missed the ball when he went to kick it and his shooting was all over the place - the crowd were roaring with laughter.

Defoe is the man imo, he's never had much of a shot at England so I reckon putting him in some sort of partnership with Welbeck and Young is the one. Seems logical to start Defoe imo, especially considering what little effect Welbeck + Young had.

The Sun :ha!: never believe what they say, it's all shite, but even so that may have happened to carroll, i say give him a shot. Also agree with you on Defoe, should have come on much earlier in the French game, I don't even think Welbeck made a massive impact at all to be honest, but anyway, we'll have to see what roy says, Sweden is a Must win, if we don't we've had it.

I really should have watched Sweden Ukraine, who do you reckon's the better out of the two? I'm assuming Ukraine just won because of Shev's moments of magic

Sweden dominated, but Ukraine had their moments as you said, they are the home nation so I reckon they probably will be the harder game, although their goalkeeper is SHITE he's something like their 4th string, don't know what happened to the other 3..... Sweden's key player is Ibra and if he can be stopped they are literally nothing, hopefully 2 wins but nothing is impossible :\
