a middleman is sum1 that makes the deals safe so if some1 brought something and used a middleman they would send the money to the middleman he would keep until the service was done then after send it to the person who the guy who sent the money wants it to go. But he doesn't send until he gets some sort of proof from both user confirming that the service they brought has happened and been done or if he gets the senders word. Just to some it up its the best way really for a deal

As to what was being said, yea, it saddens me to see that there isn't as many people. The shoutbox seems to be more empty than before. I don't enter it simply because it is usually filled with incoherent people who want to spout off random thoughts that don't allow for the formulation of a good conversation. I used to be able to enter there and do that, however, now I cannot.

and i know i don't put commas or anything in when i should really.So back on topic we seem to have a large loss in the shoutbox for some reasons i believe its not fun anymore its just full of trolls sometimes.

Yea, I know. I hate the trolls that attempt to troll, they are not good at it, I have seen some that make fun of the moment and make it a great conversation, but with everything recently going on, it hasn't been too fun.
Something needs to be done, I love how we have the tutorial team yet no real tutorials are made, no admin has made sign ups for that and let it die.
YouTube portion has seemed to die, moderating seems to not occur as much because they are not really on all too much or often enough.

I think the site will survive but activity will be low. Once a new game is released or something else hits the fan that is big, then NGU will be back in business.
I think that NGU needs to get away from the whole COD is what we are idea, expand onto other games. Cover other games, be more friendly to those who use other devices, expand the sections to Computer games and such, take the idea of Hack Forum and then intermix it with NGU gaming theme. If something like that was done and it was focuses around getting programmers and such to come here and back off from the child friendly image and make it a more teenage site, then we would have more people.
Create a section for more adult material, Mature 18+ section would easily bring 100+ people into, allow them to post crude images, talk how they want, flame and such but disable rep and post boosting. Only moderate it for illegal pictures and illegal posts.
It's time this site stepped up it's game.
I've been to several different forums and they each were setup to be more teenage/adult friendly, not seemingly aimed at 12 year olds. 12 year old don't post a lot, 12 year olds will still join a site even with unrated content. Simply see about getting a mod that will only allow those who have registered their birthdates after say 14 years of age to view the mature section and then adjust the terms and agreements so that nothing can be done to the site by the parents.

Do you remember the poker game for premium members that bought us premium members close and it was fun and now that the site what hosted the game went down we no longer have it but they haven't tried to add anything new in to replace that and i think premium user are being hit back so badly.

well ok but like ive said premium membership is shit here we make suggestions they all get ignored or rejected because 1 staff doesn't like the idea. I feel like premium is a rip off atm to be honest
