Lol, the city is in California. It's not the worst city but it has its problems.

My city used to have a load of Hells Angels years ago, my dad knew several of them. The biker gang used to be more of a Public Defender group until the Mongols tried to show dominance.

The original leader of the Hells Angel actually lived here for many years and just recently moved a couple towns away.
