The bottom line is this, I have money in it, (enough for premium *cough*), but it says i have to "Get Verified". Im not 18 so I CAN'T get a credit card, and I don't really have 100% access to my bank account. Is there any way around this? If so, How? If not, should i just ask one of my parents to setup their bank account to my paypal? Thanks!
