NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); On my paypal account, it is limited and i need to verify it.

I have used my visa and that step is done, but now i have to use a bill to verify that it is me and since i am under 18 so cant i do that, is there anyway to ho around it or something?

What do you mean by bill? All you have to do is set up a direct debt :p they will put very very small amounts of money into your bank account, then you have to call or go to the bank to see how much the transactions are :p

You don't have to be 18 to do that I think :S

they got a 18+ rule i think since we need to send our passport ( as a ID )
and a water / electricity bill to confirm that it is us,

i hate PayPal now and wrote a long email to them.

lol I'm not 18 and I could get my paypal unlimited easy enough :p ohh well I guess
