(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So im finally going to upgrade to a smartphone.I will be upgrading to the HTC one x throught walmart wireless since its cheaper than getting it from att&t website. But I am on a family plan and we have unlimited text and calling to mobiles. On the plans that walmart has it has our current plan but it makes me select it.Will I pay another 30$ or will it just deduct it from the next bill? I dont know since I havent upgraded through walmart. Also will my number be transferred automatically or will I have to call them once I receive the phone? I'd appreciate some help on this.

Thanks

I select the phone and it gives me some data plan options. It doesnt have a keep current plan option. So It forces me to select one.I just dont want to end up paying an extra 30$ for something I already have.We currently have unlimited text and calling to any mobile.

if you buy a smartphone, you have to purchase a data plan. mine is $30.00 for like 4GB or something, i'm not really sure. but you have to have a data plan in order to pay contract price for a smart phone. make sense?
