.....also having the power of lifting things up but not heavy things ! ....WAS I LUCID DREAMING !.....my reality check is to push my fingers through my palm !!...anyone know HOW TO KNOW IF I'M HAVING A LUCID DREAM !! and how to be able to think in my dream and to make the reality check !!!....thnx for advance !! ---------- Post added at 11:55 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:54 AM ----------

You're on the right track, but as I said before, you have to keep at this. It won't happen in a matter of a few days. Also, no, that doesn't mean you didn't dream. On average, you dream 6 times a night (I think it's 6). You dream every time you go into REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, and so you lucid dream in a REM period of your sleep.
Just keep at it, and you'll get there.
