Some of my schools are being shutdown for health reasons. And yes I live near the border of Mexico. The doctors in San Antonio confirmed this because many people in my town had already died because of swine flu. I live in Eagle Pass Texas(look it up if you're going to ask. Some adults in my town have gotten swine flu and died a few months after. Some of my classmates haven't talked to me because they claimed that they have been sick before my schools have shutdown. And it is too late to go out of town because it is coming from there also. So my town is pretty much surrounded and nowhere to run from the ****en disease. If I get it any time soon, I just want to say thanks for your friendship guys. I will miss you all bye

you should be fine, it's not that huge of a deal really. If you shower, wash your hands, and basically just don't exchange body fluids with others, or make contact with an open wound you'll be fine.

Yeah, and stay away from people that cough. Each time they cough, most people don't cover their mouth and the germs from inside their body come spray out and fly everywhere. Wash your hands clean before touching around your eyes/ears/nose/mouth aswell.
