I was on work experience when the storms here started, there was a mega thunderstorm for about an hour, torrential downpour, had to take my shoes off and walk through water up to my calves to get picked up. Got home, and unfortunately as my town is practically in a massive bason, all the water flows into it, and I live at the bottom of a steep hill.
Got home to water gushing like some sort of rapid, backyard had about a foot of water, and living room and kitchen was flooded too.

Also the river in the video has been known to flood many off times. It's bust it's banks too
