I doubt you would have a problem, so long as the money is in the account, or can be accessed. Shipping to a different address does not impact how it is purchased.

As long as the PP Account is Canadian it does not matter were the product goes that you buy... The only way you could get limited is if they found out that you were never from Canada or if you buy a lot of stuff but i'm talking like tons of stuff like for example something every single day coming in the mail, but other than that you will be fine hope i helped out
