Had bad customer service yesterday

You've never experienced proper bad customer service until you file a complaint with Tesco. The people they employ there are as professional and customer-courteous as Bin Laden was.

No one is making you spend it there.

That feel when I rage about almost everything company's do slightly wrong, for instance when I tried to get money out of my Halifax ISA and I had to phone up 4 times and each time they fucked around an never did what I said like trying to get me to create other fucking accounts with them.

Needless to say though all lose my shit almost every time something is wrong like when I went to the doctors and had to get a sick note, the doctor gave me a sick note and said I'd have to pay for it as it's an official certificate or some shit like that, the doctor said it would be about £10 I wasn't happy but I went to the front counter to pay for it and I was then told that it actually cost £28 I lost my shit big style in the doctors surgery and got the certificate for £10 as I'd first been told. Fucking unbelievable charging for a signature on a bit of paper, Jewsish ****s.

One company I can say against what all of you said. Now this is completely true in most cases but in one case that I have personally experinced anyway this company is amazing with customer service the best I have ever seen. Company is Zappos You must login or register to view this content. . It is a completely internet company they sell a lot of different brands they mainly sell shoes, clothing and accessories such as watches, scarves, belts etc. they offer free next business day shipping. not to mention that if there is a problem like they don't fit too small/too big, don't like the color, anything they will pay for the shipping back to them and ship the new shoes before you even ship the first pair back.

They still want your money, they just take it in a smarter way. They do the free shipping and such so they get a good reputation, and therefore more buissiness because you are likely to spread the word.

thats true i have ordered from zappos never have had a problem with them

All I know is that Sony has some real shit service

Comcast is the worst !
