Post: bad customer service

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); does anyone else hate getting bad customer service if so let me know. i think of it this way my cash is green and i can spend it anywhere so why should i spend it somewhere that i get bad service

No such thing as 'good customer service' any more.

A few weeks ago a spent all day trying to activate a replacement iPhone on sprint. They couldn't do it on the phone, not in the store, not with a new phone from apple, nada. I was able to activate it within 10 min by myself on the computer after a long day of frustration :argh:

All company's care about is money now a days, not about good customer service or anything.

Companies care about money because that's the purpose of a company.

the most time i waqited was 45 minutes there was no t alot of other people in the restraunt and ordered a regualr cheeseburger and chili cheese fries and then i waited then waited people came in after i orderd and received they're food first and left before i got my food then when i did get my food it was cold so i got up asked to speak with the manager and basically told him i wasn't happy voiced the problems and finally said i'm not paying for cold nasty food and left.

Yes but if you are a dick to those who give you money, you may not be in business long enough to see any profit.
