(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I need some good artists to listen to when it comes to hip-hop and rap, and I know NGU has some good people in mind. Smile

Here's mine, his name is SwizZz and he's signed by Funk Volume:

I read that in Harvey Dent's voice: "You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain."

Jokes aside, what you said is very true. I liked Cube during his NWA days. His solo career and beyond, not so much.

Favorite rapper has to be Lupe Fiasco:

His wordplay is unreal but not many people dig his style.

Been listening to Jay Z's first album recently, the tracks on his first album is immense better than anything Tupac made imo:

The following user thanked Ronye West for this useful post:

It's all based off of what you enjoy listening to.

I, personally, enjoy all genres/styles of hip-hop and rap music, and all artists. And that's unlike a lot of people, who're content with what they listen to specifically, meaning a slim list of artists and rap styles.

There shouldn't be any classification of 'good' music, especially when it comes to hip-hop because of how many artists there are, new and old.

As I said, I like pretty much everything. I enjoy Grieves, Army of the Pharaohs, etc. just as Low Key does, but I also like a few songs that Kanye has made, mostly due to the instrumentals and beats he has that're really catchy to me.

But like I said, there's no "good" music to the public, it's all based on what you like and what you listen to most often that can basically be called "good".

Dark Knight
Eminem for his dictionary lyrics, lil' Wayne for his gangsta rap personna, I like other rappers like Method Man & Redman because their music is catchy and is funny lyric wise. Method Man was one of the 3 rappers who originated flow in the early 90's and he's the least popular of the bunch because hes the only one alive, try and guess the other 2 rappers lol. I like other rappers 2 but I can't say they have made an album that his hit like Eminem's "The Slim Shady LP" and Li' Wayne's "Tha Carter". My 2 favorite albums.
