(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well walking a few days ago me and my friend stumbled upon an argument. What would the world be like without religion? He said there would be more crime and etc. Although people don't commit crime because their religion says not to. They do it because of laws. To put it bluntly if you commit a crime you go to jail. I said that there would be less controversy and fighting over which religion is right and blah blah blah, and that we would come together as people and have more technological advances. I look at it like this. No religion=Star Wars on Earth. He looks as it as. No religion=More Crime on Earth.

What do you guys think? Discuss.

I believe in God. I'm Christian. Although Christianity is not the main base of religion to believe in God. I believe Christianity is all of the religions into one. The only religion I would say is most accurate is Judaism. Or being Jewish. If you really think about it, it makes sense. Who knows what happens when we die. There could be Heaven, Hell, Purgatory, or we could just become nothing. Once you reply I'll quote you back with a story I've read.

I also believe in God and am Christian. But here's how I see the death part.

Have you ever gone to a place and it feels like you've been there before but you actually haven't? What if when you die, you come back as someone else and forget the past completely except a little bit like when you go some place and it feels like you been there before when you actually haven't. Reminds me of reincarnation but I don't really know.

I'm laughing at all these people that are saying that there would be more crime without religion even though religion has caused so much blood to be spilled. Seriously, the Crusades, The children's Crusades, the 100 years war, the thirty years war, the Salem witch trials, the Taiping Rebellion, the Holocaust and the death of thousands in Bosnia. That's all I can name right now.

Where would we be without religion? Well there would have been no dark ages so we would all be a couple of hundred years better off. The laptops and desktops that you're sitting in front of right now would be so outdated that they would be in museums. Our advancements in science would be uncomprehensible, just try to think where mankind will be in 700 years.

So yeah, pretty damn good I'd say.
