(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I always listen to a film to get to sleep, any type of film, because it takes me like a hour to sleep. I have the sound low just enough to hear voices. I know some people listen to rain or thunder and rain etc so what do you listen to, to help you sleep

Whenever it is raining, I get to sleep very quickly. I just find it soothing.
But most the time whenever I go to bed, the fu*king birds wake up. No joke they wake up to early. :|

I have tinnitus, therefore I NEED something in order to sleep. It can be music, radio, TV or a video. If I don't have sounds interrupting me, I will be able to hear this really annoying high-frequent sound in my right ear.

I had it when I had a cold, it pissed me off. It sounded like a beach with waves and wind. Then some high pitched noise, but it's ok now Smile

I always have my TV on at night when I go to sleep. I always fall asleep faster this way. Sometimes I remember to put a sleep timer on the TV after 60 minutes or so, but sometimes I forget and my TV stays on all night.
