From what I've heard it is real BUT all it is just the ability to install package files and not run them. There is no purpose to installing this FW sadly. I'd describe it as customized OFW!

It legit however..........not a CFW
It just some shop FW which is based off dev FW which is what CFW is
Install package files is nothing but in name it won't allow you to install them like CFW does.

Other words it pointless because without the new FW keys it won't resign the code/packages and let you use it.
