I'd go for an M16 as it would help with most confrontations. A sniper wouldn't, nor would a RPG or a shotgun. I'd also choose the silenced pistol as taking out zombies quietly will be needed at some times. I would then choose a samurai sword as they can cut through most things easily due to the sharpness of the blade. I'd then take the swiss army knife as it would help moving from building to building to avoid the zombies. I would also take the bike because I can move fast between zombies while slitting them in half with my samurai sword.
