Also because there is a built in patch blocker i restored my ps3 so now i cannot download any patchs that are need to play online properly and i cannot download anything from PS STORE says error

Thank you for your reply i have tryed to download the 4.21 ofw i have put onto my USB then plugged in ps3, i went to system update it said no applicable data is found etc but i put ps3 in recovery mode then went on system update and it said that this data is corrupted, is there a reason for it being corrupted?

Try doing it not in the xmb. but in the recovery mode menu. it will say the same thing about 20 times. the same thing happened to me its a real pain. you have to go in to recovery mode 20 times or untill it updates. hope i helped

Okay thank you i will try now do you have a link to the 4.21 ofw? and did you download the ofw then put it on your usb then go into recovery mode and it said its corrupted? also have you put your ps3 back to normal without jailbreak?

You really should do your homework a little bit more before ever installing anything like that bro & please dont say its GlitchJoeys 4.21 its kindve insulting that someone who can change some text in a kiosk demo firmware should ever recieve such acclaim. That PUP file is problematic and causes alot of errors due to its nature. Its not that its a flawed firmware, its just the way it was purposefully designed. Not allowing you in the PS store, kicking you from the game your playing after afew minutes... etc. Good luck reinstalling OFW, it should get you back to where you were.

I have tryed putting my PS3 into recovery mode several times but all i keep getting is that the data is corrupted, i have the ofw 4.21 on my usb but it just says corrupted i really dont know what to do? do i keep trying to put it in recovery mode? Thank you please help
