But ever have the feeling like you are "addicted" to a certain habit?

I am always correcting other people's grammar and spelling. I live in the south and everyone speaks incorrectly. It irks me. Also, I am ALWAYS eating sunflower seeds. Whenever I'm bored or just not doing anything important, I have an empty water bottle in my hand and a mouth full of seeds.

Those are just two things I feel like I am "addicted" to.

My addiction is MUSIC.. i Listen to it 24/7 , even now as I'm typing this Post. Its Just Something That keeps my mind off other things.
