So i wanted to make a thread of NGU ELITE, and i think my viewpoint is better compared to people who don't have Elite. The Benefits can be found You must login or register to view this content.. NGU Elite is around 4$ a month, 10$ every 3 months, or 25$ yearly. Im not a fan of big blobs of text so i will divide it making it easier to read.

Appearance:
Appearance wise, i'm not a fan of how much it sticks to Call of Duty. We on NextGenUpdate have plenty of good GFX Artist, who could make a better design in minutes. .

Content:
I can't really speak that much about whats inside Elite. However, based on the obvious, a lot of it has already been seen. Free Challenge lobbies, is kind of Overated. Most of us have already been in an a challenge lobby. But there is some light, logins for several services will be available. On top of that, i don't think contribution will die out. As opposed to private premium, we have event staff members dedicated to releasing tools, patches, and other good stuff. On top of that, if you are a fan of SEing, Guides are being posted. Therefore, you can make kind of a profit on Elite.

Permissions:
For starters, the elite box is real nice. You get a break from certain annoying members found in the regular shoutbox. However, one thing that i can already see being a problem is the ability to change username color. Two problems can arise from this. A user can impersonate staff and trick newbie members. Also, NGU will look like a ******* rainbow, if memory serves me correct a lot of people were complaining about so many colors in the SB that we made media instead of (green tut, pink YouTube, etc). Signature lines is a cool idea, and the rest im apathetic to.

Conclusion:
This is my non bias opinion on Elite. It could be a lot better. I have always liked the idea of having a group of good and efficient members (called Elite Members), and some cool version of premium (Premium+). Why? Because if X has 100 posts and donates 35$ to nGu, i don't consider them Elite. Anyways, Elite isn't that amazing. However, the admins are putting a lot of attention on Elite, so it could get better. At this moment , to me, Elite is NOT worth it. To me 25 dollars is nothing, I am 18 years old and i have a job. However, i know a lot of members are around 15. One thing i want to clarify is what is done with this money. A lot of people have an opinion that Outsider is buying an ounce of Weed a day, and 5 iPads. Obviously, Every month NGU makes its fair share of a profit. But expect nGu to have added features in the near future.

This is my opinion, and i have Elite unlike certain people who are complaining. Feel free to share your side of the story.

After reading about it and everything, i dont think its worth it, but that is just my opinion.
Challenge lobbies are old now,
and premium box and color for money, ehhh ill stick to the sick Orange Premium.
Everything else just seems blah to me. Maybe if i get better i will buy it

Well here's a few things I think should be done.

Elite should not be paid for. It should have been for members that contribute to the community, not to make more money. This would work out good like that.

Also I think elite members should be able to change the postbit background. New features should also be added so it's worth the money.

So you can change you use name and user bar colour, okay personally I don't think it's worth it and it's a shame this couldn't have just been done to the premium forums because it feels stupid now that there are two types of paid privileges on NGU, I also doubt elite is going to be worth subscribing for and I bet any accounts that are left on the elite forum for user use will get passwords changed by ass holes.

I'm not really in favour of it though especially the username colour changing that's absurd, for the reason you mentioned in your post.

There is no ™ on Elite or the logo. But leave it to NGU's lazy ass to just steal both ideas.
