(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a job. I know I'm going to have someone suggest crap like Publix, but I'm a highly gifted, talented person, I can do better than jobs like those, or I don't want a job at this point. It's a job just for some extra spending money, not because I have people relying on me.

As far as fields I'd be interested, there's design and Marketing.

Here's a bit of stuff I'd have on my resume...

Adobe CS5 Photoshop Certified
>3.5 GPA
Marketing Student at GCHS
All Honors Classes and AP Courses

Just showing you guys that to show I'm not one of those dumb asses who's only option is Publix or Walmart.

Also, could someone with a bit of experience in it tell me about working at home? I've seen several links about it, and am semi-interested in it.

I'm in high school, I don't care about a "Proper Job", if I can make money, it's good. But where am I aiming at? I have no clue what kind of jobs a 16 year old is qualified enough to do. Lacking a High School Diploma kind of fucks me over...

Considering you're only 16, I don't think there's much you can do as far as a career goes.. You can work at stores as a cashier or bagger.. Personally for me, I could care less where I work as long as I get some money, I'm only 16, so right now I don't really care.

You're 16, you're not going to get the job you want because there are plenty of over-qualified 30 year olds with families to support. You're not going to get a good job unless you know somebody. Start asking around: aunts, uncles, friends, etc. Personally, I'm making some top dollar flipping houses with my uncle, working swim meets and doing some sales.
